View allDigital switchover progresses in Normandy
The Haute-Normandie region of France has completed the first stage of its digital switchover process with the switching off of pay-TV channel Canal Plus’s analogue terrestrial signal.
The Basse-Normandie region completed the switch on the night of March 8. In a second phase, TF1, France 2, France 3, France 5, Arte and M6 will make the transition to all-digital broadcasting on February 1 2011.
