Zon buys back Dos Santos shares

Portuguese pay-TV provider Zon Multimédia has completed a share-buyback of 4.53% of the company’s shares from Kento, a holding company owned by Isabel Dos Santos, the businesswoman daughter of Angolan president José Eduardo Dos Santos.

Zon acquired 14,006,437 shares from Kento for €5.30 a share directly or via equity swaps. The company also acquired a further 0.1% of other shares under its buyback programme for allocation to employees.
